Airport Assistance Services

Fast Track Assistance

We move you through security and passport control quickly, valuable given Schiphol's status as one of Europe's busiest hubs.

Meet and Greet

Your greeter meets you right at arrivals or check-in and guides you through Schiphol's single-terminal, multi-pier layout — including the tricky two-level split on Pier D.

Lounge Access

We arrange entry into the KLM Crown Lounge, Aspire Lounge, or oneworld Lounge (Non-Schengen, between D and E Gates), even without matching status.

VIP Airport Assistance

For a fully private experience, we coordinate access to the Schiphol VIP Centre, with separate security, baggage check-in, and luxury vehicle transfer to your aircraft.

Family & Special Needs

Our team arranges wheelchair support and any assistance you need through the terminal's extensive pier system well in advance.

Baggage & Porter Help

We handle your bags from check-in to gate, or claim to your ride, throughout the terminal's considerable distances.

Transit Assistance

For onward connections, we manage the walk between Schengen and non-Schengen zones, and any rebooking support if your schedule shifts.

Layover & Connection Tips

  • Schiphol has just one terminal building — no shuttle buses needed between terminals, but the piers themselves can involve a fair walk.
  • Pier D spans two levels — non-Schengen gates (D1–D57) on the lower level, Schengen gates (D59–D87) on the upper — confirm which level your gate is on before walking the pier's full length.
  • Free showers are available 24 hours at the EF Filter on the 2nd floor of Lounge 2-3 — bring your own toiletries and towel.
  • Lounge 1 (Schengen) was recently revamped, now home to Eataly and The Wanderer Restaurant and Bar, among other new additions.
  • An American Express Centurion Lounge is opening in 2026 between Concourses E and F — nearly 6,000 square feet with a Dutch-inspired design drawing on Amsterdam's canals.
  • The oneworld Lounge sits in the Non-Schengen departure area between D and E Gates, 3rd floor — eligible for anyone on a oneworld-marketed and operated flight.
  • Priority Pass cardholders get a complimentary 20-minute massage chair treatment at XpressSpa, on top of standard lounge access.
  • Schiphol Plaza, before security, is open to everyone — locals shop there too, so it's genuinely lively rather than a sterile pre-security zone.
  • Recommended minimum layover: around 1.5–2 hours given the single-terminal layout, more if your connection involves crossing to a distant pier.
  • The Panorama Terrace on the top floor offers apron views alongside a restaurant featuring a preserved KLM Fokker 100 — a nice, low-key spot if you have time to spare.
